How are shipping charges calculated?
Shipping charges are based on destination. Orders shipped to the contiguous United States are charged a $60 flat rate, and orders shipped to Canadian provinces are charged a $75 flat rate.
For shipments outside these regions, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.
Custom duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
What warranty coverage comes with Ez Creeper products?
The Ez Creeper Company warrants the Ez Creeper mechanical and hydraulic components against manufacturing and material defects, excluding normal wear and tear, for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
To make a warranty claim, please contact us at office@ezcreeper.com with an explanation of the complaint, including photographs of the defective merchandise. Note that our warranty does not apply to: (a) commercial/industrial or institutional customers, or (b) damage caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, alteration, or natural disasters.
Defective items shall be returned and shipped with all shipping/freight pre-paid by the customer.
Depending on the nature of the defect, we may choose to provide you with either replacement parts that you will install or a replacement creeper. If we cannot readily and quickly provide you with a solution, we may elect to refund the purchase price.
During the warranty period, any liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product. Once the warranty expires, all liability will be terminated. No other warranties are expressed or implied.
Warranty applies to Canada and the continental U.S. only.
What is EZ Creeper’s return policy?
Returns require prior authorization.
Customers must contact office@ezcreeper.com to obtain return authorization within 14 days of order delivery.
All returned items must be in original condition, in the original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
