This warranty is subject to the terms, conditions, and limitations set forth below.
Warranty Coverage
The Ez Creeper Company warrants the mechanical and hydraulic components of the Ez Creeper units against manufacturing and material defects for two (2) years from the date of purchase. This warranty excludes normal wear and tear.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To initiate a warranty claim, please email office@ezcreeper.com and include:
- A brief description of the issue
- Photographs of the defective item
- Proof of purchase
Our team will review your claim and respond with next steps.
Exclusions
- Commercial, industrial, or institutional use
- Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, modification, or alteration (all as determined by Ez Creeper)
- Damage caused by accidents or natural disasters
Returns & Resolution
Defective items must be returned with all shipping and freight charges prepaid by the customer.
Depending on the nature of the defect Ez Creeper may, at its discretion:
- Provide replacement parts for customer installation, or
- Replace the product
If a timely and reasonable solution cannot be provided, Ez Creeper may elect to refund the purchase price.
Limitation of Liability
Ez Creeper’s liability under this warranty shall not exceed the original purchase price of the product. Upon expiration of the warranty period, all liability is terminated. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Geographical Coverage
This warranty applies to Canada and the continental United States only.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
This warranty and any disputes arising from the sale or use of Ez Creeper products shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. The parties agree that any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
